MH> How do I create a new address list? I've clicked on all the spots,

If your talking about a mailing list where the message
goes to everyone on that list:
Click on "Address Book", then on "New List". Enter a name
for the list. Add the names to it. The new mailing list
will be at the bottom of the regular list. Clicking on
it will send the message to all entries in it.
If you mean a second list of all individual accessible
entries, then you will have to create a new account. To
do that, exit JUNO, restart, and at the first screen click
on the "Create New Account" button.
If you only have one account and look at the JUNO directory,
you'll see a subdirectory of USER0000 . Doing the above
will create USER0001 , with all new info.
I haven't done it, so I don't know if you can use the same
password and logon name in both.
Another thing to look at:
The Address Book is a straight text file: ADDRBOOK.NV in
the USER#### directory. Copy it to: ADDRBOOK.000 thru
ADDRBOOK.999 and make any modifications with a text editor.
Or copy the one you want to ADDRBOOK.NV and make the mods
in JUNO. Just be sure to copy ADDRBOOK.NV back over the
name you got it from, to keep all those changes.
Make a subdirectory under USER#### of ADDRBOOK and keep
all the different ones in there. Name them any way you
want for reference purposes. Being in their own subdirectory
they won't gey lost amongst any other files.
Your biggest problem will be forgetting to save a changed
ADDRBOOK.NV and copying another version over the top of it.
Copy C:\JUNO\USER####\ADDRBOOK\ADDRBOOK.009 C:\JUNO\USER####\ADDRBOOK.NV
From USER#### directory:
Copy ADDRBOOK\ADDRBOOK.009 ADDRBOOK.NV
Copy ADDRBOOK.NV ADDRBOOK\ADDRBOOK.009
Even in Windows you'll need to do some typing to rename
files. Renaming will have to be done before copying. A
copy can overwrite a file, but the system won't allow a
rename if that name already exists. Win95 users: don't
get carried away with long file names, you'll regret it
if you use this system.
