Well, suppose you, as a pretty girl (:)), go to Africa and go there 
half-naked, sparking with your sides. Who should be blame if you are 
raped? If the Swede admitted such people into their country, they should 
understand their peculiarities. Castration of the immigrants is another 
alternative. ;)

Although, it is very possible it is a perfect and correct attitude. 
Every person on Earth has right to be foolish, mean, gay etc. End every 
other person must have freedom to freely express himself towards the 
former. And it is a fucking modern society who tries to force all people 
be obedient to political correctness and put their real, live, sincere 
thoughts into their butts.

Well, a sexual urge can easily hit the roof. I once said a clever 
thought about drunk drivers -- "The most stupid thing on Earth is asking 
the arrested drunk driver why he sat behind the wheel drunk." That's why 
no fines can stop killing on roads by drunk drivers. In the future cars 
will smell over the driver, however. ;-)
