Hi,

sure all people here know / have Tux pins -- a small golden metal part
with a Linux penguin picture painted onto it, which can be sticked to a
shirt.

Can someone help me find an (online) shop / store from where one can get
similar pins, but showing a (3D) Raspberry?

I can hardly believe that no such thing exists.
