Hi,

same here as long as my router's WiFi signal strength is high enough. If
I am willing to increase it to 100% maximum I also get connected while
RPi has to power the passive HDMI-VGA-converter.

Without converter, or, probably with an actively powered converter, 25%
output power are sufficient. This prevents me from being toasted, and so
I prefer this solution...
