I tried it last night, and The lemming pager animation moved
at the same speed in ZOC 5.07 as it did under mTelnet version
1.0b12 here, using EleBBS Win32.

I can't see any reason it would be much different on another
terminal, since the BBS controls the delay speed that the frames
are sent to the terminal at.
Did you try adjusting the "delay" speed in the pager script?

It;s possible some terminals are faster at interpeting ANSI codes
or displaying text, but the delays are done on the BBS end.
