I heard a very interesting story on radio today that makes me think that it
might be a good thing to do. A girl was sentenced to 9 years in an adult
facility at age 14 because of armed robbery and aggravated kidnapping. The
prison population ended up taking care of the girl. I'm wondering if that
having children in the facility might help the inmates.
