Before my adventure with sudden-onset glaucoma, I had my sight
corrected that way, using contacts. The problem, though, is that
neither eye can see clearly at middle-distances. Also, I found that if
I read for a long time, the "distance" eye would feel strained because
it was trying to accommodate to close-up.
