Hi Ron,
This took me a second.  I took a 10,000 line file, and sorted it under
Jr/2 with no problem.
Reading your above message more closely, it seems that you want Jr to
*remove* duplicate lines for you.  This is not something that Jr has
ever done.  If there are duplicate lines in the file when Jr starts
sorting, it leaves them there.
