  I don't do half the work you do but I made sure my husband bought me a
  professional chair, and the kids bought be a very comfortable back
  rest, now my legs and feet bother me from dangling for so many hours.

  The words were well deserved for you...I can only imagine how terrible
  this made you feel Terri, I would have felt the same way.  My honor

  Just how much is your new deal?  So far I've read 3 different prices,
  and you know how much I've wanted it since the kids gave me the money
  for Mother's Day.  I should have stuck with the diskettes as I first
  ordered, by now, I would have avoided all the hassles.  Boy, time goes
  fast when you're having fun.

  After several threatening messages (all of which he replied), he put a
  tracer on it (at my request), and found that it was never delivered
  because of a wrong zip code.
  I'll make a long story short,  I RECEIVED A REFUND ON SAT. 08/31!!!!
  Please don't think I'm screaming at you, but I was in awe and never
  thought I'd see it.  Yippie!!!
  So Terri, now hopefully you will feel a tad better knowing one more of
  your fans got satisfaction.  I do hope everything on your end gets
  settled for once and for all.  Many a time, we must learn by our own
  mistakes.
