We're okay. But we are not happy with our selling agent. Just today
in the Orlando sentinel is an column about 'researching your realtor
before buy/selling... ah ! You CAN do this! I'll bring this up in CK
since the thread is there... and no dogs are invovled with it here
except the ones who get left behind in abandoned homes. :( That is
horrible.

! Well at least they were doing something. :( It's sad they didn't
have him adopted out. I'm glad your daughter could take him.

Many do not research the breed before deciding on it. They buy a dog
thinkign OH it's CUTE! They do'nt read up. They don't find out if that
breed is right for them or they right for the dog.

IE: high/low energuy combos... hmm. This isn't rocket science but as
you know some people just don't think. They get a cute puppy and
once it's not a cute puppy anymore. OUT it goes! Sigh.

Not too late Roger. Dogs can be rehabilitated. If you mean DUMB as
not trained, that's not the dog's fault. That's the owner's fault. But
I grant you some breeds such as the shih tzu are harder to train. I
would think a GS would be easy once he nows his pack leader

Nod... so get a trainer? Then all you have to do is follow up and
maintain the training.

BTW if you want help with that get Cesar Milan's "be a leader of the
pack'... People who actually DID read his books benefit a lot from
him. The dogs too! 0
