My domain used to have it's MX records pointed to my home email server
(MDaemon). I use GMail for my domain name these days due to better
anti-spam and not to have the issues with being blocked due to running it
on a home DHCP IP address.

These days, I still run the software but only to relay alerts and status
reports to my GMail account which hosts email for my domain. It just takes
all internal emails it receives and relays them using SMTP AUTH tcp/465 to
Google using my account.

I get UPS alerts, server alerts, Hard Drive statuses on my controller, etc.
