Next season, both Torchwood and Doctor Who are only going to be a few stories. 
If I remember correctly, Torchwood is going to have five 2 hour stories, and
Doctor Who is going to be six hour and a half stories or something like that.

We are probably going to have to wait until about May of 2009 before we get to
see anything new.
