This feature was implemented earlier. My binkleyXE tasks going down with the
'flag-file' since 1994.
I'm need this feature for binkd now, because I changed my mailbox-computer to a
very modern platform with a 4core prozessor and all energy saving features.
The kernel of Ecomstation2/ArcaOS5 does support this all, put the tools for
closing down daemonized programs (pkill.exe/go.exe/kill.exe) don't work
properly with the smp-kernel.

Bye/2 Torsten
