This guy on local talk radio was going on for a bit about the
"preparations" that the guvamint is now recommending that people
make,  and noted that they didn't say anything about self-defense,  or
about guns at all (this particular guy happens to carry a .45 :-).  In
amongst the rest of his diatribe,  he said:

"So you see some terrorist-type getting ready to trash your neighbor's
house.  What are you supposed to do?  Throw duct-tape at him?"
