BW> Well, Mark called Monday nite and said that our class BW> maybe two nites BW> during that week. Yippee! I dont know what is worse, BW> all day Saterday BW> class, or two intense four and half hour classes. Either way is tough. BW> If yall are still BW> camping at LSR, I could come pay a visit if that ok. BW> I know me and Mark BW> can catch doing a shotgun course on another weekend. We would still like to try to run the shotgun course either on the second or fourth Weekends. Which ever works best for you. We will schedule Jordan's Eagle project on whichever weekend we don't camp. The church school director is real flexible on the time. Please do let us know when you will be available, as we need to get the newsletter out in the next week (before Labor Day) and get the camp reservations in. BW> Well, we got six new tents and all we have is 7 boys. BW> Real bummer. BW> Good chance that we can put one boy per tent just BW> about at camporoo to make it look like more camping. Remember, we will be camping with you, if that is still possible. We have seven scouts now too. We may have more by then. BW> We adults will still use the "barn BW> dance" tent. Me and Jerry used the tent the first BW> time in Febuary, and BW> realised that it is a drafty overly large tent for two BW> people. We were BW> glad Bob stayed in it at camporoo-stayed warmer. We BW> had still plenty of BW> room. One of these days I do need to set up my tent BW> again. We have a similar sized "family tent", but it would only be usable in warm weather. We were on a Cub Family campout where we all earned the "Polar Bear" patches. The tent did not get any warmer than it was outside. If we do have our whole family come to your family campout in November, we will bring two tents. One for my wife and daughter, and one for Jordan and me. November can be cold. I like to do the range time in September, like I was telling Mark that I like to have another trained person onrange with me for safety sake. Me and Mark I know will need to take a couple meetings to go through safety and such. he sad thing is me and Mark are having a hard time cordnatiting in September now because "apparently because" of the Hunter Safety Instructor class and Mark will go into gear doing the camporoo thing for October. Is it possible that we do the shooting another month? MB> Remember, we will be camping with you, if that is still possible. We MB> have seven scouts now too. We may have more by then. That is cool. We always like to have you guys camp with us. We may have to share the tents with your guys sinse yall are growing. I really don't know what me, Jerry, and Bab are going to power cook yet, since it is a family campout/flour war, I really do believe the boys should cook. On the flour war, should we pit troop against troop, or have them chose sides? Choosing sides maybe more fair. Watchya think? Brian Watkins ...
