This may show my ignorance, butI'm having a pretty tough time getting the 3d
mode to show me anything. I know it has to do with bsetup graphics mode, and
I'm pretty sure I don't have it set up right. Im running a Packard Bell with
VGA Cirrus graphics. What the heck do I need to do to see something other
than wavy garbage or a black screen with nothing on it. I'm getting kind of
aggravated and am about ready to give it up. Then I thought that maybe
someone out there,(way smarter than me) could explain what I need to do to
get started in build. The 2d mode seems to be ok and I finally figured out
that I needed to do attrib *.* -r to be able to save anything in the setup.
Boy that took a while for me to figure out. DUH!!! Oh well any help would be
appreciated.Duke sure doesn't run well with a S(u)X2 50hz. Gets kind of
jerky. I may have to go back to Doom ][. I hate it! I wish I knew what was
going on. It's a terrible thing being so ignorant! Thanks in advance!
