you haven't said what bbs software it is for but i cannot imagine that no
one else would want to use it...

FWIW: please also do not confuse QWK and BW... they are two very greatly
different technologies... "QWK offline mail" and "BW offline
mail" are much better suited terms and won't confuse others ;)
