There are some situations in Linux/BSD where a Squish base get corrupted when two programs (eg. HPT and something else) write to the same messagebase at the same time. Squish is ordinarily very reliable. PK> x.sql files were of insigifcant differences .sql files aren't used by HPT afaik. Just the message reader software. I prefer Squish. *.MSG is another option, though access gets slower as your messagebase gets larger. Perhaps not noticably. Unlike the DOS days, lots of small files aren't such a problem on modern OSes. --- GoldED+/BSD 1.1.5-b20170303* Origin: Blizzard of Ozz, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (3:633/267) SEEN-BY: 633/267 280 712/848 @PATH: 633/267 |
