Well, evidently the mail duck and the Fido dog finally got together.
TF>>I had already figured out that it didn't and had already sent it again.
I saw that one along with the replies from Germany and elsewhere.
Good luck with the manufacture of the CD. As you know, I don't have
a CD-ROM drive nor can I visualize being able to buy one in the
foreseeable future. However, my storage method for the stuff I got
from you a couple of years ago is very workable, so I don't feel any
great need for a CD-ROM until I have time to mess around with exploring
encyclopedias and playing games and doing other stuff offered on CD-ROM
disks. For me, keeping the font collection and any excess clipart I
don't want to keep on my Ensemble desktop but want to retain for
future inclusion on a Colorado back up tape is definitely the way to
go. Everything is unzipped so I can scroll through the directories
and mark individual items I want to "restore" to the desktop.
TF>>I hate it when that happens. Murphy's Law--If I upload something,
TF>>that's when Fido screws up.
Of course. It also happens when someone tells me to watch for a
netmail on something off-topic. That frequently never arrives but
the message telling me to watch for it always does.
