I'm here to tell you that "stopping power" and ".223"
can't be used in
the same sentence.

I have seen men take multiple hits with a 5.56X45 NATO round (the .223)
and continue to function.

Nor is the 5.56X45 nearly as effective against barriers, such as logs,
sandbags, walls, and so on as the .30-06 or the 7.62X51 NATO.
