   Outlook doesn't need to be patched.  The issue is that events you =
scheduled for the interval that has changed due to the new time zone =
rules may be off.  If the user schedules events using local time and the =
event times are stored in UTC then these events will be off by one hour =
due to the change in DST rules which change the delta between local time =
and UTC.  The Outlook update corrects such events.
