Samsung's UMPC entry the Q1P SSD with 32GB of SSD (solid-state NAND) flash
memory is double the price of their UMPC Q1 with a conventional drive and
Samsung is one of the largest makers of NAND. Right now I think Microsoft
/Vista has the correct approach with ReadyBoost and flash.
Of course if NAND prices ever plummet ..........
