Gardner Group recommends 4 times the memory and twice the CPU to even try and 
get performance on NT server as Netware.
Nt 4.0 is no where near Netware's performance.  Not even in the same class.
There are plenty of folks running Netware and buying more that will need 
support in the future.
Why not hedge your bets and get both?
