I would have put in an "auto-regoose" function, for when the
tables got changed under me.  But that's just me.

And perhaps Win 98 has the tables in three places, and the hot one is on
the sacrificial altar on which I burned the goat guts.  Three refreshes,
nine Apply-s, 'leben OKs and a reboot rain dance still didn't make the data
take.
