All of those were only needed with the 2.12 and earlier versions of the
BlueWave Reader, which didn't have QWK support built-in.  The 2.20
Versions and following have the QWK support built-in so no need for any
utility to convert them.  I routinely read and reply to QWK packets in
my BW reader now... as you can see from the lines below, I'm using the
2.20/DOS version.
