I did, and combined that with Apply-s, OKs, and all the permutations of TZ
change and checkbox that I could think of.  The tray time never moved. I
wasted twenty minutes fiddling, with two reboots, before I gave up.

The manually set time is holding so far.  We'll see whether it lasts
through the old DST-change point 4/1.
