Of all those listed, Only Oden & Balder are currently unaccounted for.  I kow 
what you mean though.. Dieing seems to hapen a lot.. but look at it like 
this, Considering what they Battle mot of the time, Anyone could end up 
meeting the reaper (Not Simon Williams Dead Brother) But How they get Back 
seems to make them Stronger.
