Well your first post said "usage," so it wasn't clear. Too many
people are blurring this distinction. Too many people are unaware of how
arbitrary some of the laws are. (Remember the fiasco with the U.S. military
trying to stop kaht use in Somalia? It was finally realized that this was
a stimulant like a morning coffee in the U.S... I *love* the sign at my
ex-Honda dealer that said "this is a drug free workplace" on the
coffee machine....)
