I never understood why they don't do single file documents as is. I =
don't see much benefit in packing them in an archive. They can still be =
compressed over HTTP. It may not be as fast for dial-up users but it is =
much simpler for everyone. I do see a number of documents this way.
The prompt to which you refer is for the signature not for elevation.

I've never understood why the files couldn't simply be bundled as a =20
ZIP/compressed folder (note: not the compressed folders that run with =
