RJT>Hey, I was wondering about something, maybe you can answer this for me. RJT>have some military background, right? They were talking on the news tonig RJT>about those guys out there in the sandstorms, and this one guy said someth RJT>about having to clean his gun just about every time he came in. Any idea w RJT>that'd involve for somebody in the circumstances those guys are in over the The M16 series is a rather finnicky rifle to this day -- but nothing like it was in Viet Nam. Cleaning for sand is simply breaking open the receiver and brushing out sand, wiping parts, and so on. There ARE some small parts you need to keep track of, but nothing major. --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5* Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:123/140) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 123/140 500 106/2000 633/267 |
