Yeah, although very few road quality boards provide 48V. The only mics I
know of that require 48V are Neumann. Very expensive, and very very nice,
but too fragile for the road for normal folks.
The other brands just regulate the DC to whatever voltage they need. Does
wonders for current draw, though.
