Diego.  The arrrangement is in CE-232 APF format where:
CH# is the scanner's channel no; FREQ is obvious; M is mode (am/nfm/wfm) D is 
DELAY set; and L is LockOut Set; DESCRIPTION is obvious.  A database manager 
or a decent text editor will strip out the superfluous stuff for those who 
don't use the CE-232.
