You could write a Javascripe and have it changed depending on the date,
time, etc.  This can also be done using VBSCRIPT, but Netscape
doesn't yet understand VBSCRIPT.
I use VBSCRIPT and have it running as a server side script (under NT 4.0
and IIS).  The script creates the calendar of events.  You can download
the script from www.ctpcug.com.  It also includes a couple of articles
I wrote about the process.  The script began life as a DOS QBASIC 
program, then changed to client side script, and finally to server side
script.
