| subject: | [drakelist] (OT)Burglar Alarm/Latching Relays |
From: "Thom R. Lacosta" Subject: [drakelist] (OT)Burglar Alarm/Latching Relays I have an "extra" house(a 4 room slum) 1/2 block away from me that has the distinction of having no electircity, no phone, and has been broken in to twice in the last two weeks. Anyone have an old alarm system they want to sell....or some quick and dirty circuit that I can use to have normally closed switches cause a contact closeure on a siren when the door/window is kicked in? Oh yea, to make it topical, I have some of my ham radio equipment that wasn't stolen in the first two breakins there. thanks Thom http://www.baltimorehon.com/ Home of the Baltimore Lexicon http://www.tlchost.net/ Web Hosting as low as 3.49/month ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Submissions: drakelist{at}www.zerobeat.net Subscribe: majordomo{at}www.zerobeat.net - subscribe drakelist in body Unsubscribe: majordomo{at}www.zerobeat.net - unsubscribe drakelist in body Hopelessly Lost: majordomo{at}www.zerobeat.net - help in body of message Brought to you courtesy of TLCHost.net http://www.tlchost.net/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---* Origin: The Barter Board Internet Gatway (1:261/1551) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 261/1551 1352 38 123/500 106/2000 633/267 |
