Subject: [drakelist] (OT)Burglar Alarm/Latching Relays

I have an "extra" house(a 4 room slum) 1/2 block away from me that has the
distinction of having no electircity, no phone, and has been broken in to
twice in the last two weeks.

Anyone have an old alarm system they want to sell....or some quick and
dirty circuit that I can use to have normally closed switches cause a
contact closeure on a siren when the door/window is kicked in?

Oh yea, to make it topical, I have some of my ham radio equipment that
wasn't stolen in the first two breakins there.

thanks

Thom
