Ok ... I have a request for a way to stop
DOGS leaving their do-do on the walk outside
the house.   I thought of mothballs but I
guess there are sure ways..short of killing 
the owner who never carrys a poop-bag or perhaps
it is the dog giving himself a walk because
his FAT ,USeLESS owner is on the couch watching
TV.

Anyone want to give advice...for me to pass along

PS: Rusty my mother's dog is still alive, and yes I
    am caring for him, as I promised her.
