Sorry, meant to cancel my last post, go and re-verify something, since I had
just realized I had recently wiped my entire message bases (by accident of my
own volition). After I did this to my test message base, I can confirm it
/works/.
It seems the AREAFILE method lacks appending the group to the msgbase, and only
tries the internalcode, failing miserably of course. So it's an actual bug in
GoldEd+ for sure. I'm guessing the reason I'm seeing files with 1411
permissions (-r----x--t) is because it's literally creating a brand new message
base and setting permission bits to 1411.

I'd like to find out more about this. I'm assuming it's in whatever
documentation exists somewhere? Heh.
And what-of the golded.gel help file that I'm lacking?

Aha! I... Didn't realize this was a thing. I guess I was just hoping the days
of compiling nodelists was gone after all these years, but apparently not, not
for ged+ anyway. Nor I guess for Husky Tools project similarly. heh
I kept looking for goldnode, didn't think to occur to me it would be called
gnlnx. :/
However, now that that's compiled, when I actually try to use it to type a name
to, it segfaults out leaving still unusable. The nodelist files are compiled
approriately in /binkd/nodelist/goldex.gn{a,l,n} from NodelistPath in the
config.
During compiling it specifically looked all OK, exact filenames shown
accordingly. No errors.
