Don't be so simple-minded!  People are in prison for the reason
that the break the law and are convicted.  And, you know half
as well as I do that blacks commit far more than 12% of the
violent crimes.  The truth is blacks benefit from reverse
racism in the justice system just as much as they benefit
from reverse racism in the rest of society.
This is easy to understand. Black juries commonly refuse to
convict blacks who are accused of crimes against whites.
White juries are often hesitant to convict black criminals
else they think of themselves as racist.

The instances of police abusing blacks by motivation of racism
are rare, rare enough to be irrelevant in the minds of any black
person being pulled over by a cop.  And, don't think that a lot
of it goes buy unnoticed, not when there are watchdog groups on
the backs of every police department.  And, when some black gets
abused, he usually started it by acting in a criminal manner and
then by resisting arrest.
Now, while you're looking to prove your thesis that blacks
have reason to fear racist police, why don't you consider
the number of whites who are abused by police and the
number of blacks who are abused by black police.  But, I
guess having a control group would crush most of your
prejudiced interpretations of police/black encounters.

Why is it okay for blacks to fear police but not okay for whites
to fear blacks when blacks commit far more unproved violence than
do police?
