Thanks, I do have that echo, but only the last 1000 posts. If Bush did
state a goal of making USA cashless, it would have been a couple of
years ago. I will try googling, & see if I can find a reference. Until
then, although it is possible that it is a stated goal, I prefer to be 
cautious until I can confirm it from other sources.
