On 03 Apr 16 11:32:55, Ruben Figueroa said the following to Nick Andre: RF> MY BBS GAP mailer is setup like this: RF> Inbound pkt: c:\db\inbound RF> Outbound pkt: c:\db\queue Do NOT store outbound BBS mail in the same directory as the D'Bridge Queue. The $P2 is a "stage packet" that is renamed/managed automatically, so that file should not be left-over. The symptoms you are explaining definately sounds like the mail is not being compressed, as in, PKZIP is not being executed. What OS/environment is this installation running under? What happens if you take out GAP BBS completely. Configure your system as a "stand alone mailer" and see what happens?
