Just because I am bored I thought I'd write a DOS-think ... errrr ... 
ДОС-думаю? ... fts-5003.001 compliant conversion thingy.  Note that 
this message is flying the "CHRS: UTF-8 4" control line, whereas the follow-up 
converted msg should be displaying "CHRS: CP866 2" along with appropriate 
changes to the obsolete FTN style datetime stamp - altered when the conversion 
happened - as well as a change to it's MSGID so that it won't be misidentified 
as a dupe.

Near as I can tell this should make the глупые люди at the FTSC 
happy.  :::evil grin:::
