One of my users has a USR courier v.e and he gets higher CPS rates with me 
and my supra 33.6 then he gets with other Couriers.  This may have somthing 
to do
with the fact that I am less then half a kilometer from the switching office,
but still, even with my dinky 286 we get up to 3400 CPS.
