A suggestion - get a fowarding address from www.bigfoot.com and turn on
the spam filter. Then change your real email address and let the
spam bounce.....
After that only give out your bigfoot address and they get to spam you 
nymore
If by some chance some SPAM gets through foward it to bigfoot customer
service so they can make new blocking rules.
Best of all this solution is free.
