This was checked and they do have the + sign
it reads
+c:\db\pkzip.exe -M
+c:\db\pkunzip.exe -o

The directory structe is :

Netmail storage:  c:\db\messages
Inbound: c:\db\inbound
Temp Queue:  c:\db\queue\packets
Outbound Queue: c:\db\queue
Bad Echo: c:\db\badecho
New Echo: c:\db\messages
Bad Tic: c:\db\badtics
New Fileecho:  c:\db\fileecho
DL Path:  c:\db\inbound

MY BBS GAP mailer is setup like this:
Inbound pkt:  c:\db\inbound
Outbound pkt:  c:\db\queue
Outbound MSGs directory:  c:\db\messages

Ok that is all I have.  with this setup I get the %p2 file
