I have way less than a 5 gal displacement. More like 1>2.

Not so stupid.:) My gold fish can handle it in the 10 gal. Those carp

No dirt in our water. It's too damn clean. :)
Lots of dissolved limestone though.  =hard.

Very good point.
My wife uses the bucket to wash the floors. She puts some stuff in
called Ceramic Shine. Even though see rinses it out, the plastic can
have some residue in it that comes out when the water sits in it a few
days. I'll be getting some dedicated buckets.
