Ok, so suppose someone carries 15 rounds of Glasers in a crunchenticker.
That's $30.  They cycle their ammo every 6 months in case it may
have absorbed any oil.  That's $60 per year.  In 5 years they've
spent $300 on just CARRY ammo, not counting any practice (other
than cycling the carry ammo).  So yeah, that's more than some
guns cost.
