I'm sorry to hear about Toby's health.  My parents' tri-color Heeler, Patch, is
quite sick too but they can't afford his medicine.  He has some sort of massive
swelling on his hind legs that doesn't hurt him but he has a hard time walking.

He also has a permanent cough and a hard time breathing.  He's 14 years old
too.
