The difference being that the Koran DOES say death to infidels(non-Muslims)
while the Noachide Laws do NOT say death to anybody (in fact they say the
OPPOSITE ("do not kill")

The Koran priests today clearly state that there's a call to kill all who will
not accept Islam!

You won't find 3 legitimate Jewish rabbis to say the same about those who won't
accept Judaism!

Sounds to me like Rambam(one of the most respected Jewish scholars ever) is
clearly NEGATING death penalty here!
