Replying to a message of Cindy Haglund to Richard Webb:

Last year I picked up a bag of marrow bones for the dogs. One of my labs
managed to get one caught around her lower jaw. She couldn't eat or drink
or get the thing off. I tried to work it off and couldn't, so off to the vet.
He had to knock her out and then cut the bone to get it off. Apparently the
dog's jaw had swelled slightly, just enough to prevent the bone from coming
off.
