Hardware (16bit Audio - full duplex card) and software (ShareVision Win 3.x
conferencing centre) that lets you communicate voice, video, and data over
ordinary phone lines.

Comes with Audio card, uni-directional microphone/earpiece ($40 on its' own
if purchased separately).

The "ShareVision" product includes the ability to work on
Microsoft Word documents / Excel spreadsheets, etc.. over the phone without
any other special software or upgrades on your part.
