> If memory serves, wasn't there a client-side utility to convert QWK > packets to Bluewave? From my ancient "Bluewave Products List", dated June 2000 [1], I have these entries, two going the other direction: BlueQWK 1.70 BLUEQ170.ZIP DOS Geoffrey Sy Converts BW packets to QWK packets. BW2QWK 2.2 BW2QWK22.ZIP DOS Ronald E. Raikes Converts BW packets to QWK packets. QWacK 0.96 QWACK096.* DOS George Hatchew Converts QWK packets to Blue Wave packets, and Blue Waver reply packets to QWK reply packets. I do not have a copy of any of these, nor any further details on its availability. Good hunting! On a related note, I once wrote a converter that converted incoming point message packets into Bluewave packets, and vice-versa. The source code for that is still available at http://www.softwolves.pp.se/sw/software/indigo>. It might be possible to hack that making QWK the input/output format. \\// [1] Available on-line here: http://www.softwolves.pp.se/old/2000/faq/bwprod> --- Opera Mail/11.00 (Linux)* Origin: Softwolves Software {at} Oslo, Norway (2:203/0.222) SEEN-BY: 3/0 633/267 640/954 712/0 313 550 620 848 @PATH: 203/0 123/500 261/38 712/848 633/267 |
